About the Role
To support the growing Part 145 Team and assist in the maintenance of various aircraft types. You will primarily be assisting the B1 Engineers during the arrival and subsequent storage and maintenance checks performed to maintain aircraft serviceability prior to entering part out.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team to ensure the safe and compliant maintenance of aircraft.
- To read/interpret AMMs & IPCs. (Additional training will be given).
- Accept training in Part 145 Procedures, HF, EWIS & FTS.
- Working as a team to ensure aircraft are maintained IAW with team approvals.
- To raise any non-conformities/risk of damage/ safety hazards to your manager.
- To work closely with the B1 Engineers and the maintenance manager.
- To actively participate support the daily reviews, Team Project Boards.
- To work with various tools/equipment and ensure all items are always maintained and in a good state of repair.
- Perform routine tooling inventory checks.
- To actively support the continuous improvement projects within the business to help improve quality, productivity, etc. and to raise issues and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- To promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines.
- Supporting the delivery of KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity to maintain operational growth.
- Work with help from the business to attain a Part 66 A/B1/B2 license.
- It is a condition of employment that you are prepared to perform reasonable duties associated with, or different from those specified in your job title and description at the request of the Management or should the needs of the business demand such.

Candidate Requirements
- Recognised Aircraft Maintenance Technician Qualification
- Demonstrable experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Good Communication skills.
- Be highly focused sticking to the objectives and goals of the Company without giving in to undue distractions and challenges.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
