Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Aircraft Maintenance Trainers specializing in EASA Part 66. The trainer will design, deliver, and update training programs aligned with EASA Part 66 requirements, ensuring that course content reflects current regulatory standards and industry best practices.

The trainer will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to tailor training solutions to specific aircraft types and maintenance environments, and will maintain accurate training records and documentation. The role also involves continuous professional development to stay current with changes in regulations, technology, and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in aircraft maintenance with strong knowledge of EASA Part 66 regulations and practical application.
- Experience delivering technical training, including lesson planning, virtual classroom instruction, and learner assessment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with digital tools for remote training (e-learning platforms, virtual meeting software, learning management systems).
- Relevant technical qualification such as EASA Part 66 license or equivalent aviation maintenance certification.
- Experience in MRO or airline maintenance environments; familiarity with quality and safety management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules and training projects, and meet client and regulatory timelines.
- Fluency in English; additional European or regional languages are beneficial for working with international clients.
