Aircraft Mechanic – Line Maintenance
Up to £50,000 (including £4,000 shift allowance)
Hampshire, UK
Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join a busy Line Station operation based in Hampshire. This opportunity has arisen due to continued operational growth and increased maintenance demand within the business aviation sector.
This role will see you supporting Licensed Engineers with both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on business aircraft. Experience on Falcon aircraft is considered a strong advantage; however, candidates with relevant business jet experience will also be considered.
The successful candidate will join a high-performing production team, playing a key role in ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.
You will thrive in a fast-paced line maintenance environment where teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
