Description
Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAM) is one of Six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on the entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire, Scotland. We are currently recruiting for a Sheet Metal Worker to join a team of highly skilled team.
Duties Include
- Carry out aircraft component sheet metal repairs I.A.W. approved maintenance procedures
- Ensuring documentation is completed correctly I.A.W. company procedures
- Ensuring that company procedures are followed at all times
- Ensuring that safe working practices are maintained at all times
- Ensuring the work area and environment are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Carry out any additional tasks allocated by the supervisors or management

Requirements
- A good knowledge of all aspects of aircraft sheet metal repair
- Previous MRO component or A/C sheet metal experience
- Must be flexible, including availability to work overtime as and when required
- Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Willing to work shifts (including nights)
- applicants should have unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Successful candidate is required to provide a clean Disclosure Scotland to work at UK Airports.
