MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
To efficiently and safely carry out maintenance and technical tasks in accordance with approved procedures, technical data, regulatory requirements, and company standards, ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out maintenance and repair activities as directed by supervisors and in accordance with approved technical data, procedures, and company requirements.
- Comply with all company Health & Safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements, including the reporting of accidents, hazards, and near misses.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure a safe and organised working environment.
- Follow approved instructions, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Ensure all work undertaken is accurately recorded and documented to the required standard.
- Participate in effective shift and task handovers to maintain continuity and safety.
- Maintain and control personal tools, equipment, and work assets in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify and report safety, quality, compliance, or airworthiness concerns through the appropriate internal reporting channels.
- Support the achievement of operational, safety, quality, and customer-service objectives.

- Relevant engineering apprenticeship, vocational training, military technical training, or equivalent practical experience.
- Awareness of Human Factors and other relevant safety and compliance training requirements.
- Working knowledge of company processes, procedures, and maintenance documentation systems.
- Basic understanding of applicable aviation, engineering, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Basic IT literacy and experience using workplace systems and documentation tools.
