Airfreight Growth Enablement Manager (EMEA)
📍 Flexible Location Across Europe
An international freight forwarder is looking for an Airfreight Growth Enablement Manager (EMEA) to support the growth and optimisation of its regional airfreight network.
This is a highly visible role working closely with senior airfreight leadership, focused on gateway strategy, pricing, carrier management, network optimisation, and commercial support across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support regional airfreight growth initiatives.
- Manage and strengthen airline and carrier relationships.
- Analyse pricing, profitability, yield, and shipment mix performance.
- Support gateway development, optimisation, and network strategy.
- Create competitive pricing structures and support customer opportunities.
- Partner with country and commercial teams to drive profitable growth.
- Improve consistency, standardisation, and best practice across multiple countries.
- Help determine the optimal gateway, routing, and trade lane strategy across EMEA.

Ideal Background
- Experience within airfreight product, gateway management, pricing, network development, or trade lane management.
- Strong understanding of carrier negotiations, gateway operations, and airfreight economics.
- Commercially minded with experience supporting sales teams on customer solutions and bidding activity.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and countries within a matrix environment.
- Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
