Overview

Shape the Future of our cities and environments.

Are you ready to take up a key role in shaping some of our exciting airport projects? How about joining our talented Airport Engineering Team, where everyone has a voice and we work collaboratively to solve our clients' challenges. We offer a diverse and inclusive environment where talent is recognised and developed.

Bring your skills to the mix as an Airport Civil Engineer, supporting the delivery of a wide range of UK and international airport projects. We are well established at major UK airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester, and continue to grow our portfolio of overseas commissions.

We're big on expertise but not on hierarchy. We are looking for candidates with some or more years of design experience; however, if this does not exactly match your profile, we would still be keen to hear from you. We are committed to placing people in roles that best align with their skills, experience and career ambitions, while providing the support needed to progress professionally.

Your Role

  • To undertake technical design work within an airport environment.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of design solutions to meet programme and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design outputs.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality assurance in design.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports, drawings and design documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
