Position: Airtable Specialist
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $30 - $100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 - 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Complete and review realistic workflows within Airtable.
- Explore Airtable features and identify common real-world use cases.
- Create and manage bases, tables, views, fields, records, and relationships.
- Work with Airtable automations, forms, interfaces, and other relevant features.
- Demonstrate how Airtable can be used for project, product, or operational workflows.
- Identify efficient ways to organize and manage information within Airtable.
- Document the steps required to complete different workflows clearly and accurately.

- Strong experience using Airtable in a professional setting.
- Experience creating and managing Airtable bases and workflows.
- Familiarity with Airtable automations, views, forms, interfaces, and integrations.
- Experience using Airtable for product management, project management, business operations, or similar workflows.
- Strong understanding of workflow design and data organization.
- Ability to explain processes and workflows clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
