Airtable Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Airtable Coordinator to support the management, maintenance, and improvement of Airtable-based systems and workflows. This is a full-time remote role focused on keeping information accurate, organised, and easy to use, while helping teams work more efficiently through better system structure, process support, and reporting.
This role will involve maintaining databases, updating workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, generating reports, supporting users, and helping improve how teams use Airtable and related systems in their day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quick to learn, comfortable with systems and data, and confident working across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Airtable bases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and organisation
- Create, update, and improve workflows, views, interfaces, and automations
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to help streamline processes and improve visibility across workstreams
- Generate reports and dashboards to support operational tracking
- Review data and system usage to spot issues, maintain accuracy, and support process improvements
- Support the setup and improvement of Airtable solutions to meet team and project needs
- Help ensure systems remain organised, efficient, and aligned with operational requirements

Qualifications
- Experience with Airtable or similar database, workflow, or project coordination platforms is preferred
- Direct Airtable experience is not essential, but candidates must be quick to learn new systems and confident working with structured data and process-based tools
- We are open to early-career candidates, including recent graduates, if they can demonstrate strong aptitude, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to managing information
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across cross-functional remote teams
- Familiarity with project management tools, software integrations, or related technical platforms is a plus

Ideal
- Coding experience is not required; however, candidates must be willing to learn scripting, automation logic, and related technical skills where needed
- Knowledge and experience with Claude (general, cowork & code) would be hugely beneficial.
- Knowledge and experience with GitHub beneficial.
