Working location: London, White City, hybrid 2 days a week on site, occasional travel to Leeds.
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
ITV’s Content Supply & Distribution (CS&D) division is digitising its end-to-end deal management lifecycle—replacing legacy tools, spreadsheets, and manual trackers with structured Airtable applications.
We are seeking an Airtable Platform Manager to own, configure, maintain, and continuously improve our Airtable-based interfaces, apps, and underlying databases. This role acts as the technical low-code subject matter expert, bridging operational deal processes with systems engineering. You will work directly with internal teams (Content Operations, Legal & Business Affairs, Finance, and Strategy) to ensure Airtable configurations accurately support deal preparation, governance approvals, and the onward flow of data for the contract preparation and metadata systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the ITV M&E Airtable instance as a scalable, governed business platform.
- Establish best practice for Airtable usage, including base design, access management, naming conventions, documentation, and support processes.
- Shape Airtable data models, interfaces, permissions and complex automations.
- Develop and maintain the Airtable roadmap, balancing user needs, business value, platform health, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their workflows and priorities.
- Lead business process discovery and optimisation activities, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and drive operational efficiency across CS&D.
- Partner with developers, architects, data teams, and platform specialists to design robust Airtable solutions.
- Partner with Architecture and Technology teams to define and deliver integrations between Airtable and strategic platforms.
- Act as the Airtable subject matter expert for ITV CS&D, advising stakeholders on the technical feasibility as well as the trade-offs of different solutions on Airtable.
- Lead user discovery, testing, training, adoption, and feedback activities to ensure solutions are embedded effectively.
- Manage stakeholder communications, roadmap updates, release planning, risks, dependencies, and decision-making forums.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
