We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager with experience coordinating consulting projects and supporting client engagements within the security risk, crisis management, and operational resilience sectors. The successful candidate will apply project management disciplines to support business growth, coordinate project delivery, manage financial performance, and ensure the successful outcomes of services to our global client base.
The Role:
The Project Manager will support the growth and delivery of security risk and operational resilience consulting services to global clients. The role combines project management, client engagement, commercial coordination, delivery assurance, and operational improvement responsibilities within a leading insurance and professional services firm.
Working closely with internal teams, consultants, brokers, account teams, and clients, the successful candidate will support opportunity development, coordinate project delivery, maintain governance and quality standards, manage project financials, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the Risk Advisory practice.

- Support the consultancy sales process through effective use of CRM systems, opportunity tracking, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with sales, consultancy, broking, and marketing teams.
- Apply project management disciplines to support the profitable growth and successful delivery of consultancy, intelligence, and training services.
- Coordinate the scoping, planning, preparation, and submission of client proposals, statements of work, and commercial documentation.
- Work closely with Risk Advisory consultants to plan, coordinate, monitor, manage, and quality control project and service delivery activities.
- Strengthen PMO functions, including project governance, resource planning, reporting, financial management, risk tracking, and delivery oversight.
- Support the development and maintenance of Risk Advisory tools, resources, methodologies, standards, and accreditation frameworks to enhance service delivery.
- Act as a key point of coordination for client, insurer, and internal stakeholder queries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Support compliance with internal governance requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and operational processes.
- Monitor project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, utilisation reporting, and maintenance of Risk Advisory income records.
- Maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline, supporting forecasting, reporting, resource planning, and business performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with colleagues across WTW to support the development and implementation of new security risk, resilience, and advisory services.
- Coordinate client meetings, workshops, and engagements, ensuring effective collaboration between Risk Advisory, broking, and specialist teams.
- Support the development of marketing materials, webinars, thought leadership, client insights, and market-facing content.
- Monitor and report on market trends, emerging risks, and industry developments relevant to the Risk Advisory practice.
