About the Role:

We’re looking for a Process Operator – Supply Chain (FLT) to join our team at our Alfreton site, playing an important role in keeping our supply chain operation moving safely, efficiently and accurately.

Working as part of our busy warehouse and supply chain team, you’ll support the movement, storage and handling of products and materials across the site. Using your FLT skills, you’ll help ensure stock is in the right place at the right time while maintaining the high standards of safety, quality and accuracy expected across our operation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As a Process Operator, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock and materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate FLT equipment.
  • You’ll support day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring products are handled, stored and moved correctly while helping the wider team deliver against operational requirements.
  • Accuracy will be an important part of your role. You’ll follow agreed processes for stock movements, storage and inventory control, completing the necessary checks and records to help maintain accurate stock levels and minimise discrepancies.
  • Safety, food quality and hygiene will be at the heart of how you work. You’ll operate equipment responsibly, follow site procedures and maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working area.
  • You’ll be expected to identify and raise potential safety, quality or operational issues and take appropriate action within your area of responsibility.
  • You’ll work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain and other operational teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products across the site. Good communication between colleagues and shifts will be important, particularly when priorities change or operational issues need to be resolved.
  • You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement within the operation, supporting opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and the way we work while helping the team deliver against our SQCDME priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
