Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of big data algorithms, assist in translating advanced algorithm research results into practical business applications, and support the continuous development and iteration of business scenarios.
- Participate in the construction and architecture optimization of the big data algorithm framework system, cooperate in sorting out and improving the technical development roadmap of algorithm products and business modules.
- Engage in the construction and application practice of big data parallel computing capabilities, participate in the design, development, debugging, and performance optimization of parallel algorithms to meet daily business computing needs.
- Follow standardized software development specifications, maintain neat and standardized coding habits, complete technical documents, and possess basic professional literacy in mathematical modeling, data mining, machine learning, and other related fields.
- Responsible for conventional processing and analysis of large-scale business data, solve practical data mining and business analysis problems, and continuously adjust and optimize the effect and performance of existing algorithm models, strategies, and service modules according to business feedback.

- Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or other related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant algorithm work experience.
- Familiar with at least one programming language including C/C++, Java, Python, Go, Scala, master basic common data structures and algorithms, and have a basic understanding of heuristic algorithms and optimization algorithms for path planning scenarios such as VRP, TSP, and ant colony optimization.
- Possess basic data processing and analysis capabilities, familiar with mainstream data mining, machine learning, and operational research optimization algorithms, able to apply them to actual business work.
- Familiar with common data analysis and algorithm tools such as Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib, Pandas, Scikit-learn, or SparkML.
- Have good logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as effective communication skills and team cooperation awareness.
