All Ireland Sales Manager
We are seeking to recruit a country-wide Sales Manager/Executive to support us in our continued growth.
Role Profile
- Develop and execute a country-wide sales strategy.
- Target key accounts and opportunities with a view to winning profitable contracts.
- Create and maintain highly productive relationships and partnerships with new and existing clients.
- Create a demand generation marketing plan to identify and follow up on market opportunities.
- Participate in networking events to raise the profile and brand of Learnd Ireland.
- Report to the Managing Director on a weekly basis to ensure he is kept up to speed on the business opportunities and sales.
- Report and share information with the management board to ensure they are kept fully informed on the service upgrades market conditions and important factors influencing it.

Key Skills
- Previous experience in the Service and Maintenance of Building Management Systems and/or HVAC.
- Knowledge of BMS and HVAC principles. (Not Essential)
- Knowledge of Tridium, Distech, Trend, Siemens and Cylon/ABB. (Not Essential)
- Proven ability to increase revenue in a BMS Service department.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and gathering the information required to create an innovative, technical solution.
- A qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering would be a distinct advantage.
