Role Description
This is a full-time, remote, on-site role based in the United States, India, and Cardiff, responsible for contributing to technology projects across the organization. Day-to-day activities include:

- Analyzing business and technical requirements
- Supporting the design and implementation of IT solutions
- Assisting in system configuration, testing, and maintenance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Documenting processes
- Providing clear communication to stakeholders regarding project status and technical issues

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret data, assess requirements, and explore effective technology solutions.
- Solid Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, prepare documentation, and convey technical information clearly.
- Core Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with common software, hardware, networking concepts, and modern IT best practices.
- Project Management capabilities to support planning, coordination of tasks, and tracking progress against milestones.
- Relevant skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly are highly beneficial.
- A degree or relevant certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in IT support, systems analysis, or technology consulting.
- Ability to work on-site in Cardiff, collaborate in team environments, and adapt to changing project priorities.
