About the Role You’ll support partner programme administration, reporting, lead follow-up, marketplace activity, MDF claims and day-to-day alliance operations. Working across alliance, sales, marketing, finance and commercial teams, you’ll help keep activity organised, accurate and moving forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support administration of Microsoft Partner Center and other vendor partner portals, including workflows, records, profile updates and programme requirements.
- Assist with partner programme activity, including designations, incentives, marketplace activity, commercial structures and compliance tracking.
- Co-ordinate lead management, deal registration, follow-up actions and account mapping across internal teams.
- Maintain accurate trackers, spreadsheets and reports covering pipeline, co-sell activity, campaign performance, MDF activity and operational KPIs.
- Support MDF claim submissions, campaign ROI reporting and evidence collation for partner-funded activity.
- Assist Alliance Managers with certification tracking, evidence gathering and operational follow-up.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Alliance Lead and wider alliance, sales, marketing, finance and commercial teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks, deadlines and follow-up actions.
- Good attention to detail and a structured, process-focused approach.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work across different teams.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets and basic reporting.
- A willingness to learn about Microsoft programmes, partner operations, marketplace processes and alliance management.
- A positive, proactive and collaborative approach, with confidence to ask questions and seek guidance.
