Partner Alliances Manager – Microsoft & AWS

UK | Remote

We're hiring a Partner Alliances Manager for a high-growth enterprise SaaS company and recognised leader in Master Data Management.

This is a commercially focused alliances role responsible for developing strategic relationships across the Microsoft and AWS ecosystems, particularly within Data & AI, and turning those relationships into co-sell activity, pipeline, and revenue.

You'll work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and global alliance teams to strengthen existing relationships, build new connections across the partner field organisations, and identify opportunities where cloud, Data & AI, and Master Data Management come together.

What You'll Do

  • Build and deepen relationships across Microsoft and AWS, particularly within the Data & AI ecosystem
  • Develop relationships with partner field sales, technical, and alliance stakeholders
  • Drive co-sell activity and connect partner field teams with internal sales teams
  • Identify and develop partner-generated enterprise sales opportunities
  • Create joint sales plays and strengthen go-to-market alignment
  • Build awareness of the company's solutions across partner field organisations
  • Develop relationships with systems integrators and the wider partner ecosystem
  • Support partner enablement alongside Product and Marketing
  • Represent the partnership at conferences, partner events, and field activities
  • Help grow partner-sourced pipeline and revenue across the UK market

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
