The Role
As the Partner Alliance Manager, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with technology and other strategic partners.
You will work closely with partners to drive business growth, enablement, and alignment with my client's products and service offerings.
This role works closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams across the business.
You will enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have a passion for networking with technology providers, alongside strong previous experience in a similar role developing and executing partnership and sales strategies.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
- Experience developing, managing, and maintaining partnerships with other businesses and technology providers.
- Proven track record of driving partner engagement, revenue growth, and customer success.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to identify, develop, and execute strategic partnerships that align with company goals and objectives.
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably in a B2B partnership role or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with relevant enterprise technology platforms and ecosystems.
- An existing and established network within a major technology partner ecosystem.
- Energetic, highly motivated, and possessing a can-do attitude.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to problem-solve effectively.

Desirable
- Degree or similar qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or another related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Performance Measures
Performance will be reviewed against personal and team objectives, the responsibilities outlined above, and agreed performance measures.
Objectives and Responsibilities
You'll work across the areas below, with guidance from senior technical and commercial stakeholders and in line with my client's delivery standards. The mix will vary by engagement.
On a daily basis, your varied role will include, but not be limited to:
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology partner sales communities and other strategic partner stakeholders.
- Promote my client as a partner of choice to drive referrals and mutual opportunities.
- Connect partner sales teams with my client's internal sales teams.
- Identify growth opportunities for mutual success.
- Work closely with the sales team to leverage partner relationships to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations on partnership initiatives and programme-based offers to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Track and analyse partner performance metrics and present regular reports to leadership.
- Constantly identify areas for improvement to optimise partner performance and engagement.
- Identify and address partnership challenges and issues.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments within the partner ecosystem.
