Alliances Manager, UK — Natterbox

We're looking for a driven, creative relationship-builder to join Natterbox as Alliances Manager, UK. You'll own the day-to-day relationship with our key partners - including Salesforce and leading UK systems integrators and resellers- turning connections into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.

This role suits someone with 2-5 years' experience as a BDR, AE, or from Recruitment - someone hungry to hit targets, quick to build trust, and comfortable presenting to both technical teams and senior execs. You don't need a background in partnerships specifically - you need the tenacity and the drive.

It's also a role with real variety, alongside the day-to-day partner work, you'll be out representing Natterbox at events throughout the year think Ascot, Henley Royal Regatta, Cricket, Rugby - building relationships face to face, not just over email. If you're someone who thrives working with a variety of people, thinking outside the box and being creative, you'll enjoy this side of the job as much as the sales side.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
