£26,552 per annum pro rata

37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Harbour House, Preston

Fixed Term contract for 6 months

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Allocations Team and deliver an excellent experience for our customers. As an Allocations Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support across all elements of the allocations process, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service. You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, both over the phone and in the office Reception, helping to create a positive customer journey from start to finish. The role also includes providing support and cover for our Select Move Team when required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and confidently support a wide range of people, including customers with vulnerabilities or complex needs.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to support colleagues in your team.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

It Would Be Great If You Also Had

  • Worked in a similar role within a busy office environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Social Housing.

Working Arrangements

This role is based at our gorgeous dockside offices in Preston. We offer flexibility wherever possible can to accommodate our business and your personal needs.
