ALLOY WHEEL SITE CO-ORDINATOR.
RRT is looking for a Site Co-ordinator to take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of our Alloy Wheel Refurbishment site. This key role sits at the centre of customer service, job administration, logistics and our dealer network.
YOUR ROLE.
As Site Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our alloy wheel refurbishment operation. You’ll coordinate customer and dealer bookings, manage job flow and vehicle movements, oversee invoicing and online orders, and keep the workshop running efficiently. You’ll provide direction to drivers and technical staff, resolve issues quickly, and deputise for the Group Alloy Operations Manager when required.
THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer and dealer enquiries, providing prompt, professional updates on progress, timescales, delays and changes
- Book and schedule jobs accurately, produce quotations, confirm pricing and ensure work is planned efficiently
- Raise and issue invoices accurately and on time, monitoring outstanding jobs, purchase orders and payments where required
- Plan and optimise daily collections and deliveries, coordinating driver routes and workloads to move vehicles efficiently and cost-effectively
- Manage eBay postal orders and enquiries from receipt through to packing and dispatch, keeping online records, listings and stock information accurate
- Provide day-to-day direction and support to drivers and technical staff, allocating workloads, resolving operational queries and deputising for the Group Alloy Operations Manager when required

YOUR PROFILE.
- Proven experience in an operations, coordination, logistics or customer service role, preferable in the automotive industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence speaking to customers, dealers and colleagues by phone and in person
- Good administrative and IT skills, including experience raising invoices and using dealer management systems
- Full UK Driving Licence is required

SALARY AND HOURS.
- Salary: £38,000 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5:30pm
