At Vertu Motors PLC, we are looking to recruit an Alloy Wheel Technician to join our team at Vertu Volkswagen Leeds. This is a key position which plays a major part in our success by providing professional, right first-time repairs for our customers and dealership.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our successful aftersales teams and be part of a business that is committed to investing in its people and delivering outstanding customer service.
We are offering a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus bonus opportunities and an excellent benefits package.
This Role Will Include, But Is Not Limited To
- Carrying out alloy wheel refurbishment and repair work to a high standard
- Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
- Working closely with the Service and Preparation teams to support vehicle readiness
- Conducting repairs in line with manufacturer and company standards

Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can demonstrate a successful track record in an Alloy Wheel Repair or Cosmetic Repair role. The successful candidate will also possess:
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to solving problems and managing workloads
- Relevant qualifications or proven industry experience
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
