About the Role

We are looking for an all-round office employee who ensures that everything runs smoothly in the office. You will answer the phone, assist customers, and ensure that both service tasks and projects are properly scheduled. We are not looking for a technician, but a practical coordinator. More importantly, you must be able to think logically, maintain an overview, and enjoy organizing things. It is a practical role with a lot of variety and responsibility.

What Will You Do?

  • Answer the phone and assist customers
  • Accept faults and tasks
  • Schedule technicians and make appointments
  • Plan projects and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain contact with customers and colleagues
  • Process work orders and keep records
  • Assist with daily office tasks

Typical Workday

You start the day by reviewing the schedule for service and projects.

Throughout the day, you take phone calls, schedule tasks, and ensure that everything remains well-organized.

Sometimes, you need to switch quickly, for example, in the case of a fault or a change in a project.

On an average day, you are mostly busy with calls and planning.

Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's busy, you keep the overview and ensure that everything continues.

What We Offer
