Based at the brand-new Alpine Atelier Park Lane in Mayfair, this is a rare opportunity to lead a specialist team and play a key role in Alpine's continued growth in the UK.
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven leader who can develop people, create strong sales discipline and build a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and outstanding business results.

The Opportunity
As Alpine Atelier Manager, you will lead the Atelier team to deliver vehicle sales, profitability and customer experience objectives.
- You will be responsible for coaching and developing colleagues, managing day-to-day sales activity and creating a culture where every enquiry, appointment, test drive, event and customer interaction is followed up professionally and effectively.
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, creating momentum and leading from the front.
- You will lead and develop the founding Alpine Atelier Consultant team whilst working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing and the wider Retail Renault Group business to establish Park Lane as a flagship Alpine location.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Alpine Atelier Consultant team
- Drive sales activity, conversion performance and commercial results
- Manage appointments, customer enquiries, test drives and pipeline discipline
- Deliver product, sales process, finance, compliance and customer experience training
- Create a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and commercial success
- Plan and support customer events, vehicle launches and local activations
- Work closely with Marketing to maximise lead conversion and customer engagement
- Promote finance, warranty, service plan, insurance and accessory sales
- Monitor team performance against agreed objectives and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with FCA, Consumer Duty, GDPR and company policies
- Represent the Alpine brand and Retail Renault Group to the highest professional standards

- Self-motivated, resilient and ambitious
- Full UK Driving Licence

Hours of Work
This role is based on a 36.5-hour working week.
The working pattern is:
- Four weekdays: 10am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 10am - 5:00pm
- One scheduled weekday off each week
- Sundays closed
- 30-minute unpaid break each working day
Flexibility may occasionally be required to support customer appointments, events, vehicle launches and the effective operation of Alpine Atelier Park Lane.
