Permanent

Location: Brentwood

Working Hours: Term Time 9am-4pm + some school holiday weeks

Salary: £19,500 for Term Time + additional pay for school holiday dates worked

Start: Immediate interview for ASAP start


About the Role

This role is for an administrator who is interested in education and making a positive impact on pupils' engagement and attendance. Supporting the admin and operations team with general admin, recording and supporting attendance of students and supporting vetting of staff, this role would suit someone with previous transferable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Admin and Operations Team with daily administrative tasks
  • Monitoring and updating attendance records accurately
  • Managing emails, data entry, and document filing
  • Liaising with internal teams, schools, parents, and external partners where required
  • Handling general enquiries in a professional and timely manner

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • An interest in education or attendance support is desirable
  • Previous administrative experience is ideal
