Job Description
We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House, Reception, Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team Working for one of our high-profile clients in Alton, GU34 2YT

Schedule:
- Mon - Wed: 08:30 - 13:00
- Thu: 12:30 - 17:15
- Fri: 12:45 - 17:00
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Pay: £17.50 per hour
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Important Information
We operate a strict zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy. All employees are expected to report to work free from the influence of drugs and alcohol. Random and for-cause drug and alcohol testing may be carried out in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner
- Deliver a consistently high-end customer focused experience
- Embody a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
- Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard
- Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great place to visit and work
- Assist in emergency situations
- Provide timely and accurate information
- Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities
- Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)
- Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is in-keeping with the values, brand identity and culture of both
- Manage and coordinate appropriate response to out of hours alarm

Qualifications
Essential criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to work reliably and accurately
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct
- Attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to follow structured processes
- Ability to obtain National Security Clearance
- Due to the nature of this role and the level of security clearance required, applicants must be sole UK nationals (British citizens only). Unfortunately, we are unable to consider dual nationals or applicants who hold citizenship of another country, even in addition to British citizenship.
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 5-year checkable work/education background

- Able to use initiative and highly adaptable
- Experienced in Customer Service, Front of House, Concierge, Hosting or Customer facing role ideally within a corporate environment
- Demonstrate the values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness which Securitas prides itself on
