Job Description:
L.E.K. seeks an experienced alumni relations professional to lead the strategic and operational execution of L.E.K.'s global alumni program, which is a critical contributor to the firm's brand reputation, talent strategy, business development pipeline, and overall global community. This role will serve as a passionate voice and representative for L.E.K.’s alumni community, actively listening to alumni needs, advocating for their perspectives and translating their feedback into meaningful engagement opportunities that strengthen their connection to the firm.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications & Alumni Relations, this role collaborates with firm leaders and partners worldwide to drive alumni relations goals in support of the firm’s business priorities, and works closely with teams including Marketing, Business Development, IT, Digital, Talent Acquisition and People Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Alumni Strategy and Program Leadership
- Lead the evolution of L.E.K.'s global alumni strategy, setting priorities, KPIs and an annual program roadmap
- Translate the firm's strategic plan into an alumni engagement agenda that builds brand equity and pipeline
- Manage program budget, vendor relationships and creative resources supporting alumni initiatives
- Recommend and develop new strategic initiatives, such as an alumni advisory body, onboarding touchpoints, and other people-experience programs, to strengthen engagement across the alumni lifecycle and advance both the alumni and employee experience
Platform, Data and Insights
- Serve as primary global administrator for the alumni platform (PeoplePath), directory and workflows
- Ensure the integrity of the alumni database across Salesforce, Workday, and SeLEKt.HR
- Understand and analyze alumni data to identify trends and opportunities; translate data into dashboards and engagement metrics for firm leadership
- Ensure data privacy compliance across global frameworks
Content, Communications and Engagement
- Plan and oversee execution of integrated alumni communications across the web portal, newsletters and social channels
- Design, plan and host high-impact virtual and in-person alumni events across global regions, with a focus on sector alignment, working closely with regional leaders and teams
- Plan and execute internal communications that drive understanding of the alumni program's value
- Plan content for L.E.K.'s LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms in partnership with Marketing
- Develop and run periodic alumni surveys

Business and Talent Impact
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline boomerang candidate pipelines from the alumni network
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify alumni positioned at target client accounts
- Build an external network with alumni relations peers at other professional services firms
- Benchmark external best practices to keep engagement strategies innovative and competitive
Career Transition and Job Search Support
- Together with the People Team, develop and maintain a strategy to support departing and alumni consultants through career transition and job search, determining the right mix of resources and channels, and setting priorities and success measures
- Own activation of the strategy across the firm, even where individual initiatives are executed by other teams
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Human Resources to extend engagement across the full employee lifecycle globally
- Ensure alumni messaging is consistent, high quality and aligned with firm priorities and themes
- Represent alumni relations in firmwide communications planning led by the Senior Director
Qualifications And Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in alumni relations or closely related field
- Management consulting or other professional services experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience operating in a global or cross-border capacity preferred
- Direct experience with PeoplePath or similar CRM/alumni platforms, and with Salesforce preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or other relevant field
