The Challenge

Back in 2001, we were appointed by LDV Vans to activate its sponsorship of the EFL Trophy and promote the brand through its association with a competition which has its final on the greatest footballing stage of all, Wembley.

How did we do?

Some 15 seasons later, we had not only done a sterling job for LDV Vans but also for Johnstone’s Paint. We achieved incredible cross-channel results, from averaging £2 million per year media coverage to hitting social media heights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Regular television exposure was secured on BBC, ITV and Sky.
  • Our specially designed Johnstone’s Paint Pot Challenge proved a huge hit. League One and League Two players attempted to chip a football into a giant inflatable paint pot and produced hundreds of thousands of video views in the process.
  • Throw in some unforgettable pre-final Trophy Tours, successful all-year-round activation and professional painters and decorators painting the touchlines at Wembley, there is no doubt we helped our clients’ brands become instantly recognisable across the UK and market leaders in their sectors!
