We have an opportunity to impact the future of data-driven decision making across Asset Management

Join a team that transforms business needs into high-quality data products that create measurable value. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across business, data, and technology functions while helping accelerate strategic initiatives. Your expertise will help deliver data products that improve accessibility, quality, and business outcomes across a range of priority initiatives.

As a Data Product Enablement Lead within Asset Management, you will drive the end-to-end development and deployment of data products that support business priorities and deliver measurable value.

You will partner with business consumers, data owners, and technology teams to define requirements, source and curate data, and ensure products meet governance and quality standards. You will provide hands-on expertise to accelerate priority initiatives while helping shape and improve the data product operating model. This is a practitioner role that bridges business demand and data supply, ensuring data products are trusted, accessible, and fit for purpose.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with business consumers to understand use cases and requirements, translating demand into clear specifications for data product development
  • Work with data owners and custodians to understand data sourcing options, assess data quality and fitness for purpose, and oversee data curation to meet consumer needs
  • Drive data product development end-to-end, coordinating across business stakeholders, data owners, and technology teams to deliver products that meet defined requirements and standards
  • Ensure data products meet documentation, governance, and control standards, including ownership, data contracts, quality expectations, access models, and audit evidence requirements
  • Support adoption and value realization by working with consumers to ensure products are understood, accessible, and delivering intended business outcomes
  • Deploy as accelerator or surge capacity on priority business initiatives, providing hands-on data product expertise to supplement domain teams and accelerate delivery
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of the data product operating model, standards, and governance processes in partnership with transformation leadership
  • Contribute to rationalization efforts by assessing existing data products for duplication, quality issues, and consolidation opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
