Job Title: AM Driver Supervisor

Location: Unit 14 Quarry Wood Industrial Estate, Mills Road, Aylesford, ME20 7NA

Salary: £40,000

Do you have experience in the Transport and Logistics sector and looking for a new challenge? Our Transport department are seeking a AM Transport Supervisor to join their team to assist with the running of the Transport operation!

Core working hours for the Transport Supervisor role will be Tuesday to Saturday 3am until 12.30pm but a degree of flexibility will be required.

You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and effective working in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing:

  • Reviewing defect sheets & planning of route deliveries
  • Ability to swap and change drivers on routes if sickness occurs
  • Taking out deliveries or routes if required.
  • Booking in vehicle repairs
  • Updating driver rota’s
  • Reviewing drivers time sheets and working hours
  • Completing Driving assessments
  • Assisting the advisor team with customer queries
  • Maintenance administration
  • Training and development of team members
  • Communication, engagement and management of team members
  • Making customer deliveries when the business requires it

  • Full Driving licence is essential
  • You will be reliable and professional
  • You will have a strong work ethic

Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying the hospitality industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We also diversified into direct Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods.
