MinsterFB is one of the UK's leading Amazon consultancies, helping household brands such as Cadbury, Yorkshire Tea, Grenade, Bisto and McVitie's grow on the world's largest marketplace.

We're looking for a commercially minded Amazon Account Manager to join our team. You'll work directly with well-known consumer brands, combining data analysis, strategic thinking and client management to drive growth on Amazon.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into action, solving complex problems, and building strong client relationships within a fast-moving digital environment.

What You'll Do

As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brands, you'll be responsible for delivering growth and ensuring excellent account performance across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering growth strategies for Amazon accounts
  • Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales, profitability and market share
  • Creating data-driven monthly action plans and presenting recommendations to clients
  • Managing product launches, promotions and catalogue optimisation projects
  • Monitoring account health and resolving operational issues
  • Working closely with our Advertising team to maximise the return on advertising investment
  • Analysing performance data and turning insights into practical actions
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities across a portfolio of brands

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys working with data, communicating with clients and taking ownership of results.

Essential

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in account management, e-commerce or client-facing roles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Desirable

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
  • Experience within e-commerce, digital marketing or retail
  • Degree-level education in business, mathematics, economics, digital marketing or a related discipline
  • Experience presenting performance reports and recommendations to clients
