Job Title: Amazon Account Manager @ Ecommerce & Retail Marketing Agency
Location: London (1 day per week in-office, hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000
Immediately available or on short notice strongly preferred
An established agency specialising in ecommerce, retail and shopper marketing is looking for an Amazon Account Manager to take day-to-day ownership of a major global client, with a particular focus on Amazon, ecommerce and marketplace activity.
The agency brings together retail, shopper marketing and brand experience with specialist Amazon and ecommerce capability, helping global clients connect brand, shopper and digital commerce rather than treating them as separate disciplines.
This is first and foremost an account management role. You'll be the main point of contact for a major client, coordinating internal specialist teams (Amazon, creative, media), keeping activity on track, and translating performance data into clear, commercial client updates. No hands-on PPC execution required, and there's no direct reporting line to manage.
If you're an agency-trained account manager with real Amazon or marketplace exposure, comfortable being both the relationship owner and someone who'll roll their sleeves up on the detail, this is a great next step.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, running meetings, progress updates and communication across multiple stakeholders
- Brief and chase internal specialist teams (Amazon, creative, media/ads) to hit deadlines
- Monitor Amazon shop health: stock, pricing, ads, and flag issues proactively
- Coordinate catalogue, content and trading priorities across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Translate performance data and specialist recommendations into clear, plain-English client actions
- Manage project budgets, quotes, invoicing and commercial forecasting
- Support wider shopper/retail activity as exposure grows across the account portfolio
Skills & Experience Required
- ~1-2 years' account management experience at agency level (in-house/brand candidates with strong end-to-end Amazon/product listing experience also considered)
- Practical, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Confident, people-first communicator, comfortable client-facing on video calls or in person
- Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Willing to be hands-on with the detail (listings, content, trading), not just managing from a distance
- Immediately available or on short notice strongly preferred
