Amazon Account Manager

Job Title: Amazon Account Manager

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 + benefits

Location / Working Model: Hybrid 2 days per week | Bury St Edmunds

Our client is an established manufacturer with recognised brands and a growing eCommerce presence across the UK and wider European markets. With Amazon increasingly central to its commercial strategy, this is an opportunity to join a business where marketplace performance genuinely matters. You'll have the freedom to bring your existing Amazon expertise to the role while helping shape how the channel develops. Whether your background is in Seller Central, Vendor Central, an agency, retail, manufacturing or a consumer brand, the client is interested in your strengths and how they can be put to best use.

The Amazon Account Manager will help grow and optimise Amazon marketplace performance, working with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply Chain to identify opportunities, improve trading results and strengthen the customer proposition.

Role Highlights

  • Manage day-to-day Amazon account performance and commercial activity.
  • Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, profitability and marketplace KPIs.
  • Improve listings, content and catalogue structure to increase visibility and conversion.
  • Support promotions, range expansion and new product launches.
  • Identify opportunities across organic search, paid media and wider marketplace activity.

You Will Need

  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • A practical understanding of Amazon Marketplace operations and trading.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial actions.
  • Confident stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
  • A commercially focused approach with a genuine interest in growth and performance.
