Freelance Account Manager - Shopper and Amazon Commerce

Contract to mid-December
£250 to £300 per day
Hybrid or Remote

An independent London commerce agency that connects brand, shopper, retail, and Amazon for global brands needs a hands-on freelance Account Manager to cover its lead account until mid-December. You will run day-to-day account management for a major global technology brand, keeping shopper and retail activations and Amazon content work moving across the agency's specialist teams.

What you will own

  • Day-to-day client contact on the lead account: meetings, actions, feedback, approvals, and expectations
  • Project timelines, status reports, and action trackers across shopper, retail, creative, and ecommerce workstreams
  • Budgets and commercial admin: estimates, purchase orders, third-party costs, and monthly billing information, working with Finance
  • Clear briefs to the studio and production teams, and a careful review of artwork, POS, and print before anything goes to the client
  • Amazon content and the digital shelf: product detail pages, A+ content, catalogue health, and content audits, and escalating listing or catalogue issues
  • Turning reporting from the marketplace and media specialists into clear actions for the client

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
