The Opportunity
Due to exceptional growth, our client is looking for an Amazon Advertising Manager to join their expanding performance marketing team.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll take ownership of high-profile, tier-1 client accounts across Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and broader Retail Media platforms (such as Criteo).
A major selling point of this role is the clear pathway to leadership. You will not just be managing campaigns; you will have direct scope to step into a management position, training and developing junior team members as the advertising function continues to scale. What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and delivering top-level advertising strategy across Amazon and broader retail media channels
- Analyzing campaign performance and market trends to identify commercial growth opportunities
- Planning, executing, and optimizing advanced campaigns across Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Monitoring accounts daily to ensure aggressive performance targets are met and exceeded
- Developing and presenting insightful, data-rich reports to key client stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive overall account growth and innovation
- Supporting, mentoring, and eventually managing junior team members
- Contributing to internal training initiatives and wider business growth projects
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns
- A strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator with proven experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders
- Solid Excel skills and strong overall technical literacy
- The ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make smart commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable readiness or desire to step into a people-management role

Desirable
- Agency-side experience managing multiple complex client accounts
- Proven experience with Amazon DSP and/or Retail Media (e.g., Criteo)
- Familiarity with third-party bid management tools (e.g., Skai/Kenshoo or similar)
- Exposure to wider marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Zalando)
- Additional European language skills (German, French, Spanish, or Italian)
