A high-growth FMCG business is seeking an experienced Amazon Advertising Manager to lead its Amazon strategy across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, maximise brand visibility, and optimise marketplace performance across both Vendor and Seller platforms. Working cross-functionally, you'll take ownership of Amazon advertising, content optimisation, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing Amazon marketing and advertising strategies to drive sales and brand growth.
  • Managing and optimising Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
  • Optimising product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Storefronts to improve conversion.
  • Conducting keyword research and implementing Amazon SEO best practice.
  • Analysing sales, advertising performance, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
  • Managing promotions including Deals, Coupons, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Supply Chain teams to deliver commercial objectives.
  • Monitoring competitors and marketplace trends.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and ROI, managing budgets, and forecasting spend.

You'll have:

  • Experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts and advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising.
  • Experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and ideally DSP.
  • Expertise in Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or large product portfolios (FMCG or healthcare experience is advantageous).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
