About MK Global Trading Ltd

MK Global Trading Ltd is a growing UK multi-brand eCommerce business operating across Amazon, B&Q, eBay and our own direct-to-consumer websites.

We develop, source and manufacture products across automotive, DIY, home improvement and homeware categories, with established product ranges and significant sales across Amazon UK.

We are now looking for an experienced Amazon Brand & Growth Manager to take hands-on ownership of selected Amazon brands and product categories.

This is not a reporting-only role and it is not simply a PPC position. We are looking for someone who understands the full Amazon growth funnel — traffic, organic visibility, PPC, conversion, catalogue structure, pricing, competition and product positioning.

You will work directly with the Directors and alongside our existing external Amazon agency. You will be expected to analyse performance independently, identify opportunities and problems, challenge strategy where appropriate, and drive measurable growth.

What you will own

  • Build, manage and optimise Amazon PPC across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
  • Analyse performance at ASIN, keyword, search-term and category level.
  • Diagnose why products are gaining or losing sales by analysing sessions, conversion rate, organic ranking, PPC, competition, pricing and availability.
  • Develop growth plans for priority ASINs and established product categories.
  • Improve organic visibility and keyword positioning using Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance and third-party tools.
  • Own listing optimisation including titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ Content, images and conversion improvements.
  • Monitor and report Sales, Sessions, CVR, PPC Sales, ACOS, TACoS, ROAS and organic contribution.
  • Identify wasted advertising spend while also finding opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
  • Manage product launches and accelerate new ASINs.
  • Carry out competitor, keyword and market-share analysis.
  • Identify catalogue issues including variations, suppressed listings, indexing problems and hijack-related issues.
  • Work with our external Amazon agency and independently assess whether strategies are delivering the required results.
  • Produce concise weekly performance updates and clear recommendations for the Directors.
  • Run structured A/B tests and growth experiments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
