Description:
The ideal candidate must possess strong Amazon Connect expertise. While experience in AWS backend development is desirable, it is not mandatory.
Mandatory Skills:
Amazon Connect
- Hands-on experience in Amazon Connect instance setup and configuration.
- Strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying contact flows.
- Experience with end-to-end implementation and deployment of Amazon Connect customer journeys.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support Amazon Connect solutions in production environments.

AWS Lex
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing complex AWS Lex bots for customer-facing chat channels.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, intent management, slot handling, and bot integrations.
- Experience integrating Lex bots with Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
AWS Lambda
- Good understanding of AWS Lambda development and deployment.
- Some experience creating Lambda functions and configuring environment variables.
- Familiarity with integrating Lambda functions with Amazon Connect, Lex, and other AWS services.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and maintaining serverless applications.
