Job description
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Lead Developer to take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of our Amazon Connect contact centre solution. This is a hands-on lead role, ideal for someone who can drive user stories from design through to deployment while setting technical direction for the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of Amazon Connect solutions, owning full delivery of user stories from design to deployment
- Design and build contact flows and IVR journeys covering both inbound and outbound routing
- Integrate AWS Lambda functions (JavaScript) to support contact flow logic and backend processes
- Develop and integrate Amazon Lex bots for conversational and self-service capabilities
- Work daily on user story design, development, and deployment tasks
- Collaborate with the team on infrastructure-as-code practices and version-controlled development
