We're looking for an experienced Amazon Customer Connect & Service Platform Specialist to join our Service Assurance team.

This is a hands-on technical role responsible for the administration, configuration, support and continual improvement of our Amazon Customer Connect Agentic AI solution, operational service portals and supporting service management tooling.

You'll help ensure our operational platforms remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose while delivering enhancements that improve customer experience, colleague productivity and operational efficiency.

You'll work with stakeholders across Service Assurance, Engineering, Product teams and third-party suppliers to deliver platform improvements, support operational change and help shape the future direction of our customer contact technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Configure contact flows, routing profiles, queues, users, permissions and operational workflows.
  • Support and enhance operational web portals used by our Service Assurance teams and customers.
  • Develop, test and implement platform enhancements, automation and workflow improvements.

  • Monitor platform health, investigate issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Manage platform changes through appropriate governance, testing and change management processes.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards and operational procedures.
  • Deliver technical guidance to operational teams adopting new platform capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational processes and platform capability through AI, automation and emerging technologies.
  • Keep up to date with developments across Amazon Connect, AWS services and contact centre technologies, recommending improvements where they deliver business value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
