Job Description

We are looking for a highly strategic and experienced eCommerce Trading Manager to join our International Third Party marketplaces team! Based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire on a hybrid basis.

The Role:

The International eCommerce Trading team fuels global growth by managing and optimising online product sales across 83 international markets. As our Amazon Trading Manager, you will be the ultimate owner and commercial driver for our entire Amazon marketplace ecosystem across Amazon EU (Germany, France, Spain, Italy) and Amazon USA, with the scope to aggressively expand into future global markets.

We are looking for a visionary leader to come in and own our Amazon business. Bringing significant strategic oversight, deep P&L management experience and the ability to build and lead high performing teams. You will drive the overarching strategy, define the operational blueprint and execute flawlessly to transform this channel into one of the largest pillars of our global business.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Run the Amazon business from top to bottom. Take accountability for the global Amazon P&L, driving exceptional sales growth and profitability while managing platform risks at a massive scale.
  • Design and execute a robust, multi-year strategic roadmap to propel the business from where it is today profitably.
  • Deliver compelling strategic business reviews, financial forecasts, and high-level growth updates directly to the board and executive directors.
  • Build, mentor, and lead an Amazon trading and operations team. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous innovation.
  • Oversee high level daily operations via Amazon Seller Central. Architect scalable processes for global Account Health, supply chain and swift resolution of critical platform issues.
  • Lead the overarching strategy for merchandising, targeted advertising (PPC/DSP spend), and major commercial events (Prime Day, Black Friday) to capture market share.
  • Act as the primary strategic partner for Amazon senior leadership, while driving alignment internally across supply chain, inventory, product and finance teams to support hyper growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
