Role Description

The Amazon Growth Executive is a full-time, remote role focused on driving revenue growth and optimizing performance for brands selling on Amazon. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to implement strategic initiatives, troubleshoot operational issues, and continuously test and refine approaches to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including catalog management, listings optimization, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools, and comfort working with performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce growth strategies such as pricing optimization, promotions, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Understanding of Amazon advertising (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) and basic digital marketing principles.
  • Clear, concise communication skills for reporting insights, presenting recommendations, and collaborating with clients and team members.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce, marketplace consulting, or growth-focused roles is preferred; familiarity with AI-driven tools and analytics is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
