About Zima
Zima is building one of the world's leading consumer oral-care brands. We're taking on a multibillion-pound industry that has barely changed in decades, and winning by pairing product innovation with performance marketing. Since launching in 2020, our products have reached more than a million customers in 40+ countries, been named Dental Product of the Year in 2024 and 2025, and become one of the UK's fastest-growing companies. We're a team of 20-30 in London, small enough that your work shows up in the numbers every week, while growing quickly enough to create new opportunities for ownership and progression.
The role
Zima's Amazon channel is at a pivotal point. Our core markets generate 7-figure monthly revenue in addition to our minor global marketplaces. This role owns the Amazon channel end to end, including marketplace expansion, promotions, pricing and account health, and turns strong foundations into a scalable, repeatable and growing operating model. You'll be the single accountable owner for Amazon performance within the Growth team, looking to build on the 10,000s of units sold to Amazon customers monthly by partnering closely with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership while shaping how the channel grows next.
What you'll do
Channel ownership
- Own channel P&L
- Drive revenue, units, margin, CVR and aMER across Amazon marketplaces; run weekly and daily performance reporting.
- Protect account health
- Manage Seller Central notifications, cases and policy changes.
- Steer paid media
- Set PPC direction and budgets with media buyers, aligned to stock position and deal-event plans.
Trading and operations
- Plan stock flow
- Forecast run rates and days of supply by ASIN; align inbounding and FBA/FBM strategy with Supply Chain.
- Lead deal events
- Plan Amazon sales events with margin control, stock control and creative discount strategy.
- Improve PDPs
- Own titles, copy, images, video, A+ content, Brand Store, SEO and Amazon A/B testing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
