About Mira

Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company providing integrative care and hormonal testing for over 300,000 customers. In 2023, we were recognized by Inc. 5000 as America's fastest-growing femtech company.

Mira’s breakthrough innovation was creating the market’s only FDA-compliant at-home hormone monitor with quantitative testing technology. From the beginning, our mission has been to make hormone data accessible and meaningful - so women can understand their bodies and make confident health decisions at every stage of life, from cycle health and family planning to hormonal imbalances and the menopause transition.

We are committed to improving real health outcomes through personalized insights, cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data—turning hormone information into practical guidance for everyday wellbeing.

About The Position

We are looking for Amazon Growth Manager to significantly accelerate Amazon revenue growth rate. The ideal candidate is experienced in Amazon growth strategy, hands-on Amazon media buying, and conversion optimization supported by strong commercial analysis.

You will own Mira's Amazon growth strategy across the US, Canada, and UK, with a particular focus on growing kit sales and acquiring customers efficiently while protecting channel profitability.

This is a hands-on role with strategic responsibility. You will take advertising execution in-house, build a clear growth plan and turn performance insights into improvements in the account and the customer journey.

If you want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup and make a difference for women's health, please join us!

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the Amazon growth plan. Identify the largest opportunities and constraints across all six pillars, translate them into a prioritized roadmap, and agree goals and resource needs with Jonas.
  • Personally manage Amazon advertising. Plan, build, and optimize Sponsored Ads and DSP activity, including targeting, bids, budgets, exclusions, and creative tests. Allocate investment between brand demand and new-customer acquisition within agreed financial limits.
  • Improve conversion and discoverability. Own listing copy, search optimization, A+ Content, Brand Store improvements, and structured testing. Develop creative briefs, coordinate asset production, and implement approved changes.
  • Own the Reviews and Ratings program. Run policy-compliant review generation, monitor feedback and rating trends, and turn recurring customer concerns into listing improvements and recommendations for CX and Product teams.
  • Coordinate Operations around growth needs. Supply promotional requirements, monitor availability, and account issues, and work with the Operations owner on actions that protect sales continuity.
  • Connect customer experience to growth. Investigate return reasons, product confusion, and recurring complaints with the CX owner; recommend improvements to product education, listing expectations, and post-purchase support.
  • Shape the Amazon product mix. Use demand, customer feedback, and unit economics to recommend assortment, bundles, pricing, and launch priorities, partnering with the Product Mix owner on feasibility and delivery.
  • Plan commercial activity across markets. Build the Amazon promotional and launch calendar, coordinate with the wider DTC business, and evaluate market-specific opportunities, constraints, and economics.
  • Own performance analysis and recommendations. Track kit growth, revenue, and acquisition efficiency alongside contribution and operational constraints. Report multi-month trends with clear explanations, decisions, and next actions.
  • Establish reliable execution in-house. Independently audit and take over existing accounts without an agency handover, document account knowledge and decisions, and maintain a regular review of progress, dependencies, and unresolved trade-offs with Jonas and the pillar owners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience directly managing Amazon growth, with evidence of meaningful commercial improvements and clear responsibility for the work that produced them. Experience owning a broader channel roadmap is essential.
  • Recent hands-on experience building and optimizing Sponsored Ads, plus practical DSP campaign-management experience. Able to explain targeting, bidding, budget allocation, attribution limitations, and what they personally changed in the account.
  • Strong Amazon CRO and copy skills, including listing SEO, A+ Content, and structured experimentation; able to translate customer concerns and performance data into better shopping experiences.
  • Commercial and analytical judgment: understands acquisition cost, conversion, net revenue, Amazon fees, returns, and contribution; can distinguish reported advertising performance from overall business growth.
  • Working knowledge of Seller Central, FBA, account health, and compliant reviews practices, with experience coordinating inventory, customer experience, or product dependencies. Experience across multiple Amazon markets is preferred; US experience is essential.
  • Strong ownership, prioritization, and written English; able to execute independently and influence colleagues without direct reporting authority. Experience with health, wellness, or other considered-purchase consumer products is an advantage.
