We’re looking for an experienced, organised and commercially minded Amazon Inventory & Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy team.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day Amazon inventory and operations, while also delivering excellent service to our retail and wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain products on Amazon Seller Central
- Manage inventory, replenishment and FBA shipments
- Monitor stock levels and ensure strong product availability
- Manage Amazon promotions, pricing and cost control
- Coordinate stock requirements and instructions with our warehouse
- Monitor performance and identify stock or operational issues
- Deliver excellent customer service to our retail customers
- Support our wholesale customer service team when required
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams

What We’re Looking For
- Previous hands-on Amazon experience is essential
- Strong experience with Amazon product uploads, inventory and replenishment
- Commercially aware with good attention to costs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and confident working independently
- Good Excel and systems skills
