About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing global wellness brand specialising in hydration and performance. Having grown from DTC into a leading presence on Amazon across the UK and UAE, alongside major retail partnerships, they're looking for an ambitious Amazon specialist to take full ownership of this high-growth channel.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who knows Amazon inside out and wants genuine ownership. You'll manage the channel end-to-end, from catalogue and content through to advertising, promotions, inventory, and commercial performance, working closely with agency partners and teams across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
- Own commercial performance across Amazon, including sales, margin, and growth across the UK, UAE, and future international markets
- Manage day-to-day Seller Central operations including product pages, A+ content, Brand Store, pricing, and promotions
- Own forecasting and inventory replenishment, ensuring strong stock availability across the channel
- Work closely with agency partners to optimise Amazon Advertising and drive efficient, profitable growth
- Monitor key retail health metrics including Buy Box ownership, IPI, chargebacks, deductions, and stock availability
- Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, and broader marketplace data to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with Marketing on Amazon content, campaigns, and NPD launches
- Report channel performance, insights, and recommendations to the wider business
Ideal Background
- Proven experience managing a high-growth brand's presence on Amazon, ideally across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Strong platform knowledge is essential, with category experience across FMCG, health, beauty, wellness, or consumer goods a plus
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with confidence working across sales, advertising, and inventory data
- Experience owning or significantly influencing an Amazon channel end-to-end
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys genuine ownership
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Curiosity around AI and how it can improve efficiency and performance
