Amazon Lead Developer

Location: Havant, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 Days/Week in Office
Engagement: Contract

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Lead Developer to lead contact centre development, design and deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Node.js and Amazon Lex, with end-to-end ownership of development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Amazon Connect development and implementation
  • Own user stories end to end, from design through deployment
  • Design and configure contact flows, IVR and routing
  • Integrate AWS Lambda and Amazon Lex with Amazon Connect
  • Develop and maintain backend integrations and APIs
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable deployments
