About Pixi Beauty

Pixi Beauty is a globally recognized beauty brand known for its innovative, skin-loving formulas and cult-favorite products. With a strong presence across major retailers and a rapidly growing ecommerce business, we are looking for a driven Amazon Manager to help optimize our presence on the world’s largest online marketplace.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, data-driven individual to gain hands-on experience managing an Amazon storefront while collaborating with cross-functional teams in digital marketing, sales, and operations.

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic Amazon Manager to drive our beauty brand's expansion across UK & EU markets. Reporting to the Amazon Associate Director, you'll scale our multi-segment beauty portfolio while optimizing performance across all Amazon touchpoints. This is a high-impact role with immediate opportunities to drive meaningful growth in a fast-scaling, globally recognized beauty brand.

Responsibilities

Amazon Business Management

  • Own end-to-end Amazon operations for UK & EU markets including listings, inventory, and fulfillment.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent customer experience while accounting for regional communication and language differences.
  • Scale marketplace listings and brand pages to achieve performance parity across all regions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon growth strategies across multiple beauty segments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
