We are seeking an Amazon Marketing Lead - EMEA to drive strategy, growth, and engagement across Amazon’s retail platform. The successful candidate will bring a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and retail performance to the role. We are looking for a strategic thinker capable of independently owning retail media initiatives, optimizing the full-funnel experience, and influencing cross-functional teams to maximize category growth. This hands-on, execution-focused position requires a professional who thrives on precision, maintains agility in a fast-paced environment, and seeks to grow their career within a dynamic, globally-minded team.
What You'll Do
Content and Site Merchandising
- Manage and optimize product detail pages (PDP) and Brandstores to ensure accurate content, compelling imagery, and keyword-rich copy, localized for each EMEA market (there are ten markets, with varying languages)
- Lead the execution and premiumisation of A/B testing within A+ content and brand storefront updates
- Build and execute seasonal, promotional, and premium brand storytelling moments across the site

Retail Media
- Own the execution of Amazon retail marketing initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and sales trends
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign trackers to ensure on-time delivery of programs
- Manage external agency partners to drive advertising strategy (AMS/DSP) to meet regional objectives
- Research competitive activity and ecommerce landscape to identify opportunities for improved product placement and brand presence
- Support A/B testing of creative, messaging, audiences, and media tactics
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with and influence regional cross-functional teams (Amazon EMEA Commercial Sales team, EMEA brand marketing and creative design, analytics, operations) to ensure alignment on goals and execution
- Partnership management with Amazon Vendor Merchandising stakeholders

What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Experience managing or supporting Amazon Ads accounts, and Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
- Experience with content management and creative software programs for digital content building
- You are comfortable navigating the complexities of working across ten countries and eight languages, supported by our robust content management and translation software that simplifies localization and execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement
