Are you a highly commercial Amazon expert looking to take the reins on advertising and marketplace strategy for household-name brands?
We are partnering with a high growth healthcare organization to hire a results-driven Amazon Marketing Manager. You will take strategic ownership of the Amazon channel for major brands, driving sales growth and elevating their digital shelf presence.
The Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior marketplace marketer to step into a high-impact, in-house role.
You will have complete autonomy to develop and execute comprehensive, full-funnel Amazon strategies across both Seller and Vendor platforms. From managing advanced DSP initiatives to spearheading organic listing optimization, you will be the driving force behind the commercial success of category-leading healthcare products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing comprehensive Amazon marketing strategies to rapidly increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales
- Taking full ownership of Amazon Advertising campaigns, spanning Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
- Driving organic growth by optimizing product listings, implementing advanced SEO strategies, and enhancing A+ Content
- Analyzing complex marketplace performance data, sales trends, and customer behavior to unlock new commercial opportunities
- Managing promotional activities, including seasonal campaigns, coupons, and deals
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional global teams (sales, marketing, creative, and supply chain) to align marketplace growth with wider business objectives
- Utilizing advanced e-commerce tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) to track competitor activity and maintain a dominant market position

What We're Looking For
Essential
- 3-5+ years of dedicated experience in Amazon marketing and eCommerce
- Deep, hands-on expertise with both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
- A proven track record of successfully managing and scaling Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC) and DSP initiatives
- A highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable, revenue-generating strategies
- Proficiency with e-commerce analytics and marketplace tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout)
- A proactive, self-starter mentality, comfortable driving change in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization

Desirable
- Prior experience managing multiple brands or large product catalogs within the Healthcare, Pharma, or FMCG categories
